It's a 2-bit binary value, reduced oil pressure switch is bit 0, oil pressure switch is bit 1. So you have decimal values from 0 to 3. 0 would be bad. 1 would be normal idle (once the oil is up to temp, etc), 3 would be normal for cold start idle and over 3500rpm, 2 would indicate a malfunction of the reduced oil pressure switch.
