Once the game tells you that you can go back to the Witch’s Cave, your first order of business is to return to the Lake of Nine. Once you get there, find a boat. Then, row towards the south (the game will give you a marker to follow). After a short time, the gigantic statue of Thor will come into view. Row between its legs and into a cavern.
Head to the farther tall bridge to find one last Shatter Crystal to break that leads to a Hidden Chamber of Odin, hiding two Family Heirloom Artifacts, two of Odin’s Ravens and an imprisoned

Take the chain up to the path where the inactive Nornir Chest sits and follow the path to the end. Activate the Winds of Hel and carry it with you back down the path and deposit it in the wind trap to the right. This will power up the object and change the Runes displayed on it however you don’t yet know which Runes you need.
For the "C" rune throw shatter crystals at the red sap under the bridge above to make it drop. Climb up there and turn around toward the left to find the rune. Finally for the "R" rune, turn the wheel mechanism to raise the bridge, then freeze the gears next to the wheel. Go up the bridge and the rune is just to your right.
