From what I’ve seen - however you get HBO - you get HBO max. So if you got to Max directly - you won’t get the channels if you have cable or streaming. I signed up via HBO max to get the $11 pre-order deal. And today YouTube TV finally added HBO. I signed up for a free 7 day trial to see if i can get both - turns you do.
